"Shipping took forever and the timing made no sense"
I ordered a pair of shorts and paid extra because I thought they’d show up quickly. The site made it sound like they’d ship within a few days, but then a week went by and, i couldn’t even tell if anything had actually happened yet.
The tracking didn’t help at all. It just sat on “label created” for what felt like forever, and by that point I was confused about whether the order had shipped, was about to ship, or was just sitting somewhere. I emailed customer service and got a short reply that didn’t really clear anything up.
When the shorts finally arrived, I didn’t even need them anymore, so the whole thing was frustrating. Maybe the product itself is fine, but the shipping timeline was way too slow and weirdly unclear. I probably won’t order from them again

"Pretty "average" for the price"
I feel like I paid way too much for what turned out to be "average" gear. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I definitely expected better.

"Sizing was way off for me"
I ordered my usual size expecting it to fit close to the size chart, but it was totally different. The shorts were tight around the waist but somehow still baggy in the legs, and the shirt felt like it was a full size too small. And this is where it got annoying, the return process wasn’t exactly smooth either. I don’t think I’d order from here again unless they fix the size guide.
"Fell apart way too quickly"
I thought these shoes were fine when I first got them, they looked good, fit okay, and seemed like they’d be decent for running, walking around the neighborhood, quick errands, stuff like that. But after just a few runs, the sole started peeling off, especially around the edges and front part. The grip wasn’t great either, like on wet pavement, smooth sidewalks, gym floors, even slightly dusty paths it felt kind of slippery. I’ve had cheap shoes, old shoes, and random backup shoes last longer than these. Definitely wouldn’t buy them again.

The refund took longer than I expected, but I did get it back in the end. Not the fastest process, but I appreciate that it was handled
"Bad ordering experience and no clear updates"
So... ordering from eliteathleticgear.com was frustrating. They took my payment right away, but after that I barely heard anything. There wasn’t any real tracking info, and the order status just sat there saying the same thing for days.
I reached out to support and eventually got a reply, but it was slow and didn’t really answer my question. It felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get a basic update. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Pretty disappointing customer service"
I went in thinking the service would be fine, and at first I thought maybe they were just busy, but it quickly felt like no one wanted to help. I kept waiting for some kind of response or acknowledgment, but it felt like I was basically being ignored the whole time
